Compliance tracking for D2C companies

Licences, GST registrations, leases, and recurring filings fail quietly when they live in inboxes. Enablr One stores the item, the due date, the owner, and the evidence.

A calendar, not a legal opinion

The platform does not decide which filings apply to your company. Your finance and legal advisors name the items. The software tracks status, due date, responsible person, and the document that shows the filing was made.

That distinction matters. A missed date in the product is an operational alert. It is not advice that a statute required the filing.

Offices, registrations, and leases

An office has an address, a GSTIN where one applies, a state, a landlord, a deposit, and an agreement with start, expiry, and renewal dates. Those dates can drive a reminder. The agreement file stays in private storage.

Several GST registrations are a normal D2C shape. They are company records, not a single field on a settings page that someone overwrites.

Retention and evidence

How long a filing or a licence copy is kept is a retention policy your team configures, with the reason recorded. The application does not ship with a guessed number of years.

If a matter is on legal hold, automated deletion skips it. Compliance evidence can be placed on hold the same way as a contract.
