What we collect when you enquire

This notice covers the public website. Company data inside a customer tenant is handled under that customer's instructions once accounts exist.

Draft for review by qualified counsel before production launch. This page describes how the product is designed. It is not a certification and it is not legal advice.

Enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, work email, and company so we can reply. Website, phone, company size, employee range, SKU range, current system, sales channels, message, and preferred contact method are optional except where the form marks them required. Preferred contact method is required so we know how to reply.

Submitting the form is the request to be contacted about that enquiry. It is stored separately from marketing permission.

Marketing

The marketing choice is a separate checkbox. It is not selected for you. If you leave it clear, we do not treat the enquiry as permission to send product updates. The choice, the time, and the version of this notice are stored with the enquiry.

Who can see an enquiry

Enquiries are platform records for Enablr, not records of a customer company. They are visible to provisioned platform operators. They are not readable by anonymous visitors or by other people who submit the form.

How long we keep them

Retention is a setting, not a number written into the software. Until a retention policy is configured, enquiries are not deleted by an automatic job. A legal hold, when one exists, also blocks deletion.

Design principles

The product is designed with the principles of the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the DPDP Rules, 2025, in mind. That sentence is not a certification. Counsel reviews this notice before production launch.
